Born and raised in Mexico City, Rodrigo began his career as a reporter for nearly five years before entering the bar industry with Red Bull, where he discovered and fell in love with hospitality. He served as Brand Ambassador for Torres Brandy for almost six years and worked as a PR consultant for Fifty Mils at the Four Seasons Hotel. He currently works with the spirits distributor COOP (Company of People), promoting premium brands. In 2019, he became a founding partner of Handshake Bar, now ranked the #1 bar in the world by The World’s 50 Best Bars.
