The Roma Bar Show Awards represent the most prestigious recognition for Italian bartenders and bars. Italian hospitality is celebrated globally and our Awards were conceived with the aim of rewarding excellence in the bar industry, recognizing the venues and professionals who stand out for high standards of service and the innovation they bring to the national scene. Our Commission, made up of renowned bartenders, bar owners, trainers and journalists from all over the world, will be in charge of selecting the best talent on our Peninsula.
Bars and bartenders are invited to submit their applications free of charge. Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged. The chance of winning in the categories open to public applications is not based on the volume of applications submitted.
To participate, simply read the requirements below and fill out the online form, explaining why you think you can win and addressing some of the points listed.

A marzo 2025 riaprirà il contest che premia l’ospitalità italiana, guidato da una commissione del comparto Food & Beverage composta da personalità di profilo internazionale (Bartender, bar Owner, giornalisti e autori). I migliori tre candidati, per ogni categoria, verranno annunciati il mese precedente alla manifestazione e ammessi alla finale che avrà luogo nella giornata di lunedì 26 maggio all’interno dell’Auditorium in occasione del Roma Bar Show 2025.
