The Educational project of Roma Bar Show is a theoretical / practical training program for bartenders and others that aims to improve technique, support sensitive issues and strengthen the concept of hospitality.
Many international guests have alternated over the years between the Auditorium and the Academy, many 50 Best Bars present to tell their personal experiences. Just to name a few Simone Caporale, Marian Beke, Shingo Gokan, Julie Reiner, Simon Ford, Anistatia Miller and Jared Brown, Monica Berg, Jeff Berry, David Wondrich and Martin Hudak and also among the cocktail bars Maybe Sammy from Sydney, Bar Leone from Hong Kong, Artesian and Nomad from London, Caffè La Trova from Miami, Paradiso and SIPS from Barcelona and many other guests and bars. Conferences, masterclasses, workshops, research laboratories on the most innovative techniques are the center of the Roma Bar Show event, a journey in search of perfection, excellence and experimentation.

The Tasting Room classrooms on the first floor of the Palazzo dei Congressi host 8 events a day, giving companies the opportunity to present their products and projects to a limited audience of people in an environment of concentration and attention.
The Academy room on the first floor of the Palazzo dei Congressi can hold over 100 people and hosts 4 events a day. Every year the RBS educational Team decides on a special theme dedicated to the world of Industry, for example in 2023 the Roma Bar Show hosted the international Bar Teams to show the public present their work and their mixing style that led them to be an excellence in the world.
The Auditorium on the ground floor of the Palazzo dei Congressi is the largest room of the event which can accommodate up to 800 people, where the public and operators have the opportunity to interact with those who have and who are making the history of the bar, of bartending and the spirit industry. The Auditorium is also the stage for finals such as the RBS AWARDS – the prizes created by the organization of the Roma Bar Show – and for two consecutive editions of the WORLD CLASS ITALIA final (2022-2023).
