Inside the Auditorium, both the public and industry professionals have the opportunity to interact with those who have shaped and are shaping the history of bars, bartending, and the spirits industry. The Auditorium also serves as the stage for major finales, such as the RBS AWARDS – the awards created by the Roma Bar Show organization – and for two consecutive editions of the WORLD CLASS ITALIA finale (2022–2023).
Inside the Academy hall, every year the RBS educational team selects a special theme dedicated to the industry. For example, in 2023, Roma Bar Show hosted international bar teams to showcase to the audience their work and mixing style that has made them a benchmark of excellence in the field.
The Tasting Room halls host 8 events per day, giving companies the opportunity to present their products and projects to a select audience in an environment of focus and attentiveness.
