The Roma Bar Show Educational project is an inclusive and diversified training program for bartenders which aims to improve technical skills, support sensitive topics and strengthen the concept of hospitality.
In the previous edition of the RBS event, the Educational Program involved leading figures from the Bar Industry of the caliber of Desmond Payne and Julie Reiner to arrive overseas in Asia with Shingo Gokan and Martin Hudak. Conferences, masterclasses, workshops, research laboratories on the most innovative techniques are the center of the Roma Bar Show event, a journey in search of perfection, excellence and experimentation.
The public participating in the Roma Bar Show with the purchase of the ticket has included the opportunity to participate in the rich schedule of events held in the various rooms of the location:
The Tasting Room classrooms on the first floor of the Palazzo dei Congressi host 8 events a day, giving companies the opportunity to present their products and projects to a limited audience of people in an environment of concentration and attention.
The Academy room on the first floor of the Palazzo dei Congressi can hold over 100 people and hosts 4 events a day. Every year the RBS educational Team decides on a special theme dedicated to the world of Industry, for example in 2023 the Roma Bar Show hosted the international Bar Teams to show the public present their work and their mixing style that led them to be an excellence in the world.
The Auditorium on the ground floor of the Palazzo dei Congressi is the largest room of the event which can accommodate up to 800 people, where the public and operators have the opportunity to interact with those who have and who are making the history of the bar, of bartending and the spirit industry. The Auditorium is also the stage for finals such as the RBS AWARDS – the prizes created by the organization of the Roma Bar Show – and for two consecutive editions of the WORLD CLASS ITALIA final (2022-2023).
