The “RBS ON TOUR” initiative was born in 2021 with the aim of involving the entire Italian bar industry in the “RBS Educational Program” project, an inclusive and diversified training program for bartenders that aims to improve technique, support sensitive issues and strengthen the concept of hospitality.

The RBS team, together with the contribution of brands and professionals in the sector, has created a traveling training project in various cities in Italy, to accompany its community every year until the next edition of the event in May.

RBS ON TOUR promotes an increasingly responsible drinking culture, knowledge of the products and local realities involved. For each stage, 3 venues have been selected, which on the day of the Tour host masterclasses dedicated to the brands and a guest night with representatives of the world of mixology at a national and international level.
