Adrian Forde-Beggs is Head of Creative for the Lyan bars of London; Lyaness & Seed Library. Originally from Belfast; Adrian studied Philosophy in Scotland before his career in the drinks industry began. In 2018, Adrian travelled to London to work as a bartender in Dandelyan & has been with the Lyan brand since. At 4 years old & having just won World’s Best Bar, Dandelyan was shut & from its ashes Lyaness was born. Working as both bartender & senior, Adrian now oversees all creative ventures across both the London Lyan venues as Head of Creative.
Serge is a Senior Bartender at Lyaness, where he oversees the operational side of the bar during service, supports the team and ensures a seamless guest experience. Originally from Vasto, a coastal city in Italy, Serge worked across various industries before discovering his passion for bartending at 20. Before settling in London in 2019, he spent time traveling, working in bars across Italy and Spain, honing his craft along the way. He joined Lyaness at the end of 2022 as a bartender and has since been part of the team’s ongoing success. During his time at Lyaness, the bar has earned prestigious accolades, including World’s Best Bar, Best Menu of the Year, and becoming the first to win three pins from the Pinnacle Guide.
