How the process of overcoming challenges has been the engine of Salmon Guru’s evolution.
Melanie da Conceição has a lot of experience in the hospitality industry. She took her first steps in Venezuela, the country where she is originally from (she is also half Portuguese) and from where she left to expand her knowledge. After traveling to Australia, she arrived in Madrid and joined the Salmon Guru team. Her experience, knowledge and personality have made her an essential pillar for our organization and she has become our director.
Filippo Faedda, originally from Italy, began his career as a barista at a young age in his hometown, Modena. His enthusiasm for the art of coffee quickly led him into the world of cocktails, and he later joined one of Italy’s most prominent bars, Spaccio delle Carceri, before moving to Madrid. He was part of the Salmon Guru team, where his talent and charisma made him our head bartender, a role he performed masterfully. He is currently the manager of Salmon Guru Milano.
