The contest rewarding Italian hospitality will reopen in May 2026, led by a Food & Beverage committee composed of internationally renowned figures (Bartender, bar owner, journalists, and authors). The top three candidates, from each category, will be announced the month before the event and admitted to the final, which will take place on Monday, September 14th at 5:30 pm, inside the Auditorium during the Roma Bar Show 2026 in La Nuvola.
