In any professional context, individuals play crucial roles in guiding and developing others’ skills and knowledge. Among these roles, mentors, coaches, professors, teachers, facilitators, instructors, and trainers are commonly encountered. While they all contribute to learning and growth, each role has distinct characteristics and objectives. This seminar explores the differences between mentors, coaches, teachers and trainers, providing examples and best practice to illustrate their unique contribution.
In 38 years in the Hospitality industry Angus has achieved much to be proud of and respected for. From founding two globally respected bar consultancy companies to being the first Global Brand Ambassador for Tanqueray Gins and working with many of the best bars and bartenders in the world his expertise, knowledge and passion is clearly evident for all to see.
