Roma Bar Show is more than a trade show: it is a city brought to life, a network of professionals, and a community coming together.

For the 2026 edition, the energy of Roma Bar Show extends beyond the exhibition halls to embrace the entire city. Cocktail bars, hotels, historic cafés and iconic venues will host a packed calendar of guest shifts, tastings, exclu- sive events and special activations created together with partner brands.For two days, Rome becomes the meeting point for the global bar industry, wel- coming bartenders, producers, professionals and enthusiasts from around the world. Because Roma Bar Show is not only experienced at the venue—it is experienced throughout the city.

The evening will be an immersive journey divided into three time slots across three different areas of the venue – starting at 9.00 p.m., moving to the “forest” at 11.00 p.m., and culminating with the grand finale at the central bar around midnight.

Six Local Ambassadors, two for each stage of the journey, together with spectacular performances by three former World Flair Champions, all masterfully guided by a company of actors who will make the experience truly magical.
