The Roma Bar Show Awards represent the most prestigious recognition for Italian bartenders and bars. Italian hospitality is celebrated globally, and our Awards are designed with the goal of rewarding excellence in the bar industry, recognizing venues and professionals who stand out for high standards of service and the innovation they bring to the national scene. Our Commission, composed of renowned bartenders, bar owners, trainers and journalists from all over the world, will be in charge of selecting the best talent from our Country.
Bars and bartenders are invited to submit nominations free of charge. Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged. Categories open to public nominations are not based on the volume of nominations submitted.
To participate, simply read the requirements below and fi ll out the online form, in which you explain why you think you can win and address some of the points outlined.
This award recognizes a national bar that sets the highest industry standards in Italy and has infl uenced national cocktail trends.
Items considered:
This award recognizes a bartender, resident in Italy, who has most infl uenced drink styles and cocktail culture. This bartender regularly works behind the bar, develops and serves amazing drinks in Italy.
This award recognizes a newly opened Italian cocktail bar that has made an immediate impact on cocktail culture and set new high standards for the industry.

This award recognizes the hotel bar that offers the best Italian hospitality experience and consistently well-crafted drinks in an elevated setting while preserving the tradition of the classic hotel bar.

This award recognizes the bar’s ability to offer a great dining experience that perfectly complements the drink menu.
Items considered:
This award recognizes the best in social media and honors bars or restaurants that use online platforms to innovatively and positively communicate everything about bars, bartenders, cocktails, spirits, drinking culture, and bartending in general in Italy.
Items considered:
This award recognizes the best of Italy’s Historical Cafes or Bars that from north to south have marked eras and styles, characterizing that genuine Italian know-how so envied abroad.

A marzo 2025 riaprirà il contest che premia l’ospitalità italiana, guidato da una commissione del comparto Food & Beverage composta da personalità di profilo internazionale (Bartender, bar Owner, giornalisti e autori). I migliori tre candidati, per ogni categoria, verranno annunciati il mese precedente alla manifestazione e ammessi alla finale che avrà luogo nella giornata di lunedì 26 maggio all’interno dell’Auditorium in occasione del Roma Bar Show 2025.
