Roma Bar Show – 2023 edition, will be held on May 29 and 30 at the Palazzo dei Congressi di Roma, Piazza John Kennedy, 1, 00144 Rome.
Monday, May 29: from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 30: from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The scheduled events are all included in the fair admission ticket.
Post-event “invitation-only” events are excluded.
Purchase tickets at the TICKETS section.
Seminars, Academy, and Masterclasses are included in the ticket and do not require reservations while seats last. Just arrive a few minutes early, get in line and wait for the doors to open.
Once you purchase your ticket on the website at the TICKETS section, you will have access to the exhibition space of the fair, with more than 180 booths and over 2,500 brands of products.
It will, in addition, be possible to participate in seminar activities, master classes with the biggest names in the global mixology scene, all included in the ticket price. Inside the fair, drinks are free of charge, so we recommend that you drink responsibly to fully enjoy the event.
In case of bad weather, the event will still be held.
No, there is no checkroom provided.
Live shows and DJ sets will be provided in various areas of the fair during the event, but music is only a small part of the entertainment.

You can only participate in the event if you are 18 years of age or older.
Regarding infants or children in strollers/pushchairs, access is allowed specifying that children will have to remain in strollers; as there is handling of trolleys and glassware, it could be a dangerous situation for the children themselves and for visitors and workers.
There is no dedicated discount for people with disabilities.
In the case of attending the event, please email info@romabarshow.com so that we can show you the reserved entrance without waiting lines and architectural barriers.
Animals are not allowed inside the Palazzo dei Congressi. For safety reasons, this prohibition includes small animals that are on a leash and/or muzzled and/or kept in carriers or cages.
The area of the Palazzo dei Congressi has ample parking areas (not reserved).

There is a group rate, reserved for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 visitors per group.
Each ticket costs €27 plus commission costs instead of €35 and is valid for the single day of the event.
