Roma Bar Show – 2024 edition, will be held on 13th and 14th May at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Rome, Piazza John Kennedy, 1, 00144 Rome.
Monday May 13th: from 10:00 to 19:00
Tuesday May 14th: from 11:00 to 19:00
The program of the event is available on the website in the PROGRAM section.
The scheduled events are all included in the admission ticket to the fair. Post-event “by invitation” events are excluded. Buy tickets in the TICKETS section.
Seminars, Academy and Masterclasses are included in the ticket and do not require reservations while places are available. Just arrive a few minutes early, get in line and wait for the doors to open.
Access is permitted until 6:00 pm.
It will be possible to exit and re-enter the fair only by exiting from the entrance portal in Piazzale Kennedy and receiving the stamp from the security staff.
Once you have purchased the entry ticket on the website in the TICKETS section, you will be able to access the exhibition space of the fair, with more than 180 stands and over 2500 product brands.
It will also be possible to participate in seminar activities and masterclasses with the biggest names on the world mixology scene, all included in the ticket price. Inside the fair, drinks are free and for this reason we recommend you drink responsibly to fully enjoy the event.
In case of bad weather the event will still be held.
No, a cloakroom is not provided. Luggage storage is provided only for exhibitor stand workers.
During the event, Live Shows and DJ Sets will be scheduled in various areas of the fair but music is only a small part of the entertainment.

In the Mexico Village on the terrace you will also find the La Punta Mexican cuisine service.
It is forbidden to bring food from outside the fair.
During the event in the RBS SHOP stand it will be possible to purchase our merch also available on our website MERCHANDISING.
Tickets can be purchased online, from our website or at the ticket office on event days.
If a ticket is purchased for Monday 13 May or Tuesday 14 May it is not possible to enter on a different date from the one selected. Alternatively you can purchase an Open ticket in the Subscriptions section which allows you to enter freely on one of the two days of your choice.
We offer discounts for groups of at least 10 people, price details are available in the Tickets section of our website
It is not necessary to present the ticket in paper format, it will be sufficient to present the QR Code digitally via telephone.
Tickets purchased are non-refundable.

It is possible to participate in the event only if you are 18 years of age.
As regards newborns or children in prams/strollers, access is permitted, specifying that children must remain in the pram; as there are trolleys and glass glasses being moved, it could be a dangerous situation for the children themselves and for visitors and workers.
There is no discount dedicated to disabled people.
In case of participation in the event, we invite you to write an email to info@romabarshow.com to be able to indicate the reserved entrance without waiting lines and architectural barriers.
Animals are not allowed inside the “Palazzo dei Congressi”. For safety reasons, this ban also includes small animals, equipped with a leash and/or muzzle and/or kept in carriers or cages.
The “Palazzo dei Congressi” area is equipped with large parking areas (not reserved).

From Fiumicino Airport: cab (about 15/20 minutes), Leonardo Express Fiumicino – Termini train and from Termini metro line B direction Laurentina and exit EUR Fermi. From Ciampino Airport: cab (about 15/20 minutes).
At Termini station take the subway line B towards Laurentina and exit EUR-Fermi.
