As a moment of aggregation for the Italian bar industry, also in this edition, ROMA BAR SHOW has decided to involve the entire city of Rome with collateral events in cocktail bars, historic cafes, dehors and terraces of the best hotels in the city which, on the occasion of the event, will open their doors with dedicated menus in collaboration with the brands involved. Like any self-respecting large Fair then, the party continues outside the Palace with irresistible events for fans and insiders but above all with the big names of international mixology from all over the world.
