The Roma Bar Show Awards represent the greatest recognition to Italian bartenders and bars. Italian hospitality is appreciated all over the world, and our Awards are designed with the goal of rewarding Italian excellence in the bar industry, recognizing national bars and bartenders who offer high standards of service and bring innovation to Italy. Our Commission is composed of esteemed bartenders, bar owners, trainers and writers from around the world who will vote for the best talent from our Peninsula.
Bars and bartenders are invited to submit their nominations free of charge. Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged. Categories open to public nominations are NOT based on the volume of nominations submitted.
To participate, simply read the requirements below and send a written application, of 500 words or less, explaining why you think you could win and addressing some of the points made.

This award acknowledges a bartender, resident in Italy, who has most influenced drink styles and cocktail culture. This bartender regularly works behind the bar and develops and serves amazing drinks in Italy.
