Rome Bar Show – 2026 Edition will take place on September 14–15 at La Nuvola by Fuksas, Viale Asia 40/44, 00144 Rome, RM.
Monday, September 14: from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Tuesday, September 15: from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
The program of the sixth edition of the Rome Bar Show will be available soon.
All scheduled events are included in the exhibition ticket. The “by invitation only” post-event activities are not included.
Seminars, Academy and Masterclasses are included in the ticket and do not require reservations while places are available. Just arrive a few minutes early, get in line and wait for the doors to open.
Access is permitted until 5.30pm and the last tastings will be at 6.30pm.
It will only be possible to exit and re-enter the exhibition through the official exit of the event.
Once the entrance ticket has been purchased (available soon), you will be able to access the exhibition area and taste products from more than 170 stands and over 2500 brands. You will also have the chance to take part in seminars and masterclasses with some of the biggest names in the global mixology scene, all included in the ticket price. Inside the exhibition, drinks are free of charge, so we kindly remind you to drink responsibly in order to fully enjoy the event and for both your safety and ours.
In case of bad weather the event will still be held.
The cloakroom is available exclusively for holders of Exhibitor Pass, Guest Pass, or Buyer Pass.
During the event, Live Shows and DJ Sets will be scheduled in various areas of the fair but music is only a small part of the entertainment.
Food and refreshment areas will be available.
It is forbidden to bring food from outside the fair.
During the event in the RBS SHOP stand it will be possible to purchase our merch also available on our website
Tickets will be available soon in the dedicated section on our website.
If a ticket is purchased for Monday, September 14, or Tuesday, September 15, it will not be possible to enter on a different date than the one selected. Alternatively, you can purchase an Open ticket in the Subscriptions section, which allows free entry on either day of your choice.
Discounted rates for groups are available and will soon be listed in the dedicated section on our website.
It is not necessary to present a paper ticket; showing the QR code digitally on your phone will be sufficient.
Tickets purchased are non-refundable.

It is possible to participate in the event only if you are 18 years of age.
As regards newborns or children in prams/strollers, access is permitted, specifying that children must remain in the pram; as there are trolleys and glass glasses being moved, it could be a dangerous situation for the children themselves and for visitors and workers.
There is no discount dedicated to disabled people.
In case of participation in the event, we invite you to write an email to info@romabarshow.com to be able to indicate the reserved entrance without waiting lines and architectural barriers.
Animals are not allowed inside La Nuvola. For safety reasons, this prohibition also applies to small animals, even if on a leash and/or wearing a muzzle and/or kept in carriers or cages.
The area surrounding La Nuvola offers large parking spaces, which are neither reserved nor supervised.
