Bio:

Marc Alvarez started working in restaurants at age 15 to afford his hobbies and became interested in cocktails. After studying biological science, he worked in different bars and restaurants in Barcelona and eventually became the Bar Manager at elBarri group, developing all the bar programs for seven restaurants and bars. In 2018, he founded Drink’s Atelier to develop projects for bars and cocktail bars at a national and international level. In 2019, he opened his own bar called Sips with Simone Caporale. Marc Alvarez and Drink’s Atelier consult for bars, restaurants and bars to create global concepts about drinks.
